Sinitha brings over 12 years of extensive International and local experience to her position as Operations Manager at White Spot Janitorial Services Ltd. As a passionate people person, she began her early Human Resources career in Qatar and advanced through diverse industries. Her expertise includes Strategic Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Budget Forecasting, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, and Employee Relations. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources. As a profound step towards deepening her knowledge, she earned a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bow Valley College and holds an Associate Membership with CPHR Alberta.

Now, progressing with White Spot Janitorial Services Ltd. from Human Resource Manager to the title of Operations Manager, she strongly believes that building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and employees is of prime focus.
